Read a few of your pieces yesterday, and was wildly impressed — it's been a busy few days. But this is me putting a stake down so I remember to give your art the attention it deserves tomorrow.
That's incredibly kind—the comment, yes— but more that you took the time to click through. 🙏 I realized only after my recent restack that woah–this is the same JC for whom the letters had been scrawled into last week's collage with Letraset (I will tag you). I feel very behind much of the (read *all of the*) time in terms of worthwhile writings. I have only myself to blame; my genuine-excited-interest/time-on-phone ratio is all wrong. Thank goodness for @bitpunkfm.
i'm limp and ready to weep, with reading this post, Celia. Your poem, and delicate explanation, were very moving to me. i intend to print it out. i have just the trinket box it will go in, folded up into a small message packet, waiting for the one who sifts thru my things, at some point in the future....(the only question i have is: WHICH trinket box?)
Wow. There is no greater honor than knowing something I wrote landed so deeply that you want to print it and tuck it away for a future encounter. That kind of private preservation is . . . well, it is very special. Thank you for this, Julia.

wonderful work, thank you for sharing it with us!
Thank you, @pixiewithpens – so kind of you.
Absolutely lovely, I have been recently going through my little boxes, grand minutia to hold in my hands again. Enjoyed your back story too
Many thanks for reading, Marjorie—“grand minutia” is such a perfect phrase. I appreciate you taking the time to read the backstory, too.
